US Mail is the most cost effective way to ship, but If you need a more time definite arrival time, we recommend UPS. East of the Mississippi via Ground should receive items in 2-3 business days or less, rest of continental US in 4-6 business days at most. UPS 2 Day is a guaranteed two day service.
